  • Format: 150-question open-book exam, completed within 4 hours.

  • Focus Areas: Topics are drawn from the CSSC Six Sigma Black Belt Body of Knowledge.

  • Assessment Fee: Examination fees are included in the program charge.

  • Attempts: Up to 3 attempts are allowed within 1 year.

2. Project Submission Component

  • Submission of three completed Six Sigma projects (DMAIC or DMADV) to demonstrate proficiency in executing real-world or hypothetical improvement initiatives.

  • Each project is rigorously evaluated by Master Black Belt professionals under strict confidentiality.

3. Experience Affidavit

Candidates must submit a signed affidavit confirming their practical experience in executing Six Sigma projects.
