Refund Policy

Northern Institute for Industrial Six Sigma (NIISS) Refund Policy

General Terms and Conditions:

Agreement: By purchasing a training course on NIISS, you agree to comply with our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Refund Policy.

Refund Window:

Refunds may only be requested within 7 days of the course purchase date, provided that no services have been utilized, including access to the Learning Management System (LMS), participation in masterclass sessions, or any additional classes.

Refunds for Self-Paced Learning:

• Eligibility: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchasing the course.

• Conditions: The money-back guarantee is void if the participant has logged into the course.

• Limitations: Refunds are not provided for requests made after 7 days of purchase, and no refunds are available for discounted or subsidized fees. Course changes may be offered instead of a refund in these cases.

Refunds for Instructor-Led Training:

• Eligibility: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchasing the course.

• Conditions: The money-back guarantee becomes void if the participant has logged into the e-learning course or attended online classes/received recordings for more than 1 day.

• Limitations: Refunds will not be accepted beyond 7 days of purchase, and no refunds are available for discounted or subsidized fees. In such cases, course changes may be provided instead of a refund.

Cancellation & Refunds for Classroom Training:

• Rescheduling/Cancellation by Talent-GQ: Talent-GQ reserves the right to postpone or cancel a classroom event if necessary. If Talent-GQ cancels an event, a full refund will be issued within 10 days of the cancellation date.

• Participant Cancellations: Participants who cancel their registration at least 10 business days before the event will be eligible for a refund of 90% of the total fee or may opt to reschedule their course. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 10 business days of the event.

• Discounted/Subsidized Fees: No refunds will be issued for discounted or subsidized course fees.

Initiating a Refund Request:

To initiate a refund request, please email info@niiss.org.in with the following details:

• Payment proof

• Course details

• Reason for the refund request

Refunds for Duplicate Payments:

If a duplicate payment occurs, a refund will be processed through the original payment method within 10 working days from the notification date.

Policy Revisions:

NIISS reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
